A former vice president at Pamplona Capital Management, Dhruva joined Charlesbank’s technology team in 2019. At Pamplona, he focused on leveraged buyout and growth equity investments for a variety of technology and tech-enabled businesses. Earlier in his career he was at Cerberus Capital Management and Greenhill & Co.
Dhruva grew up in California, Minnesota, and New Jersey and his interests include photography and travel.
