Investment Summary
Charlesbank invested in CCMC in 2024 and, concurrent with the investment, formed new parent company Ventura Community Partners to pursue adjacent growth opportunities and new partnerships. The investment followed extensive thematic research in the homeowners’ association (HOA) management sector. Charlesbank is supporting Ventura’s growth through investments in talent and business development, strategic M&A and the expansion of shared services and ancillary offerings across its partner companies.
