Charlesbank Capital Partners' Lauren Desrosiers Named to PEI's "The Future 40"

Boston, MA – May 6, 2026 – Charlesbank Capital Partners, a leading middle market private investment firm, is pleased to announce that Lauren Desrosiers, Principal on the firm’s Investor Relations team, has been named to Private Equity International’s (PEI) “The Future 40” list for 2026. Now in its ninth year, the list recognizes rising leaders under 40 who are making a meaningful impact across private equity through demonstrated leadership, innovation and execution –- spanning fundraisers, investors (LPs), dealmakers, lawyers and operators.

Since joining Charlesbank from PwC in 2020, Lauren has earned four promotions, reflecting her strong performance and the trust she has built firmwide. She now co-leads the firm’s buyout fundraising efforts, helping shape Charlesbank’s capital formation strategy and deepening relationships with institutional investors in Europe, Latin America and Australia. Beyond fundraising, Lauren also plays a critical role in shaping strategy, messaging and LP engagement materials, helping articulate Charlesbank’s middle-market focused investment strategy. A strong culture carrier, she consistently models Charlesbank’s values and creates a sense of shared ownership across teams.
