Charlesbank Investment

Charlesbank invested in Lido in June 2021, partnering with management to become the company’s first private equity sponsor. The investment is the result of a focused thematic effort by our Business Services team to identify a wealth management RIA platform. We believe that RIAs will continue to gain share in the wealth management market, and we see significant opportunities to accelerate Lido’s organic growth, optimize the company’s operations and build a repeatable M&A engine in a highly fragmented industry. The founding management team and employees of Lido remain substantial shareholders alongside Charlesbank.
