Caleb joined Charlesbank in 2023 from Bain & Company in New York, where he was a senior associate consultant advising clients on private equity, operating model, and growth strategy projects. He also worked at Peloton Interactive, where he supported the emerging business strategy team.
Raised in New Rochelle, NY, Caleb now lives in New York City. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, running, reading and watching baseball.
