Kenneth L. Ziegler

Charlesbank engaged Ken as an advisory director in 2023 to leverage his 20+ year background at the intersection of cloud, infrastructure, SaaS and managed services. At Charlesbank, Ken collaborates with leadership teams across potential and existing portfolio companies, identifying value creation strategies through both organic and inorganic investments. His focus includes go-to-market and capabilities expansion, team development and pinpointing key drivers of efficiency and differentiation that can be unlocked through cloud and automation.

Previously, Ken served as the CEO of Logicworks, a pioneer in cloud automation and managed services that was acquired by Cox Communications in 2023. Under his leadership, the company grew Annual Recurring Revenue from $11 million to over $110 million with over 40 consecutive quarters of growth, emerging as an industry leader in compliant public cloud software and services. His commitment to cultivating a high-performing, inclusive, and innovative culture resulted in regular recognition in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant and Crain’s Best Places to Work and with Premier Partner status at AWS.

Ken has been featured in The New York Times and CNBC and has participated on multiple commercial and philanthropic boards including Logicworks, Breaking Media, Lincoln Center’s Business Council and the NYC Board of Education’s Academy of Information Technology.

A native New Yorker, Ken resides in Brooklyn and East Hampton with his wife and two children. In his leisure time, he engages in family activities, travels and enjoys cooking, reading and playing basketball.
