In 2021, Charlesbank partnered with Bill Mulligan to evaluate the GRC consulting market. Those interactions built a foundation of trust that culminated in the investment in Salus GRC when Bill and team founded the platform in 2023. Salus GRC is working closely with us to pursue attractive M&A and talent acquisition opportunities as it seeks to become a leading GRC service provider.
