SOLVE (or the “Company”) is a global industry leader of pre-trade price transparency data in fixed income markets. SOLVE leverages machine learning and natural language processing-based parsing software to transform large volumes of undigestible, unstructured bid-ask data (emails, instant messages, etc.) into clean and navigable structured data for its clients. The Company also hosts a proprietary, large and continuously expanding fixed income pricing dataset. These solutions are deeply integrated into the workflow of SOLVE’s customers, spanning blue-chip financial institutions across the buy-side, sell-side, market data vendors and evaluated pricing service providers. Founded in 2011, SOLVE is led by its co-founders, who have extensive expertise in fixed income and developing cutting edge data and machine learning products.

Charlesbank Investment

Charlesbank’s Technology Opportunities Fund invested in SOLVE in December 2021, taking a majority interest in the Company. SOLVE’s co-founders remain meaningful shareholders of the Company and continue to run the business. The investment was the culmination of a long-term thematic initiative by the team in the Fintech sector. We believe that with Charlesbank’s support, SOLVE is uniquely positioned to further expand in its largely unpenetrated market.
