Darren C. Battistoni

Darren joined Charlesbank in 2018 to co-lead technology investments for the firm. He was previously a partner at Pamplona Capital, where he co-led a $1 billion technology-focused fund that invested in segments including cloud computing, cybersecurity, healthcare technology and software. He began his private equity career at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe in 2004, where he focused on technology investments until moving to Pamplona in 2016.

A native of New York, Darren currently lives in Weston, MA, with his wife and two children.  In his free time, he enjoys skiing, hiking and playing sports with his family.
