Mathison joined Charlesbank in 2020 from Bain & Company, where he worked as a senior associate consultant. At Bain, Mathison primarily focused on restaurants, energy, and private equity market due diligence.
A native of Las Vegas, NV, Mathison currently resides in Back Bay. He enjoys to cook, travel, and watch basketball.
